Custom Front Axle, 1-3/4" Uncoated

We can build a 1-¾” Custom Front Axle to fit your specifications!

Custom Front Axles use our double shear axle tabs (01-178 and 01-177) and can be made using either midget king pin bosses or micro sprint king pin bosses. The Custom Front Axle Form must be filled out and submitted in order to ensure your axle is made exactly the way you want it.

Photograph shows axle with optional black powder coating. If you would like your custom axle powder coated black, it will add 2 weeks to the delivery and will be billed as an additional charge at the current rate.

Threaded holes will require re-tapping of threads to remove powder coating material.

Hyper Racing’s 1-3/4” Front Axles are constructed from the highest possible quality .083” 4130 chromoly tubing sourced from either USA or Germany. Each axle is fitted with the utmost care and attention to detail using CNC laser cut tabs and bosses and welded to perfection. Front Axles include quick change threaded shock studs (2), spacers (2) and 1⁄2”-20 nylock half nuts (2). Features double shear towers for superior strength .and either the micro sprint 2.080” king pin bosses or the larger midget ¾" king pin bosses.

How to Measure Your Front Axle
Measure axle length from the top of the kingpin bosses, center to center, rounding up to the nearest quarter inch.
