ORDERING:


How do I place an order?
Do I need an account to place an order?
Yes! Don’t worry, it only takes a few minutes and it is safe and secure.

I just placed an order. What happens next?
Once your order has been placed online, an order confirmation page will appear on the screen. You will also receive the following emails:
  • Order Confirmation: A copy of the sales order will be sent immediately to confirm we have received your order.
  • Invoice: A copy of the invoice will be sent when the order is packed, weighed and labeled to confirm contents of package, shipping charges and final total.
  • Tracking Information: We will send a tracking number for your order.
Can I place an order by phone?
We encourage customers to explore our website and place their orders online. It’s quick, easy and convenient. For those who need a little extra help, we are happy to guide you through the online ordering process. Please call us at 717.220.4470 for assistance.

What are your hours for a phone-in order?

What is the latest you can process an order for same day shipment?
We process orders in the order in which they are received. Most orders go out the same day if they are received by 12 noon EST. Larger orders may take more time to process.

What if I need immediate help to cancel, change or add to an existing order?
We begin processing orders as soon as we receive them, so we may not be able to make changes. Please call the main number at 717.220.4470, and ask to speak with someone in sales.

PAYMENTS:

What are the accepted payment methods?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. We also accept PayPal. Call for instructions if you wish to use PayPal.

I received communication that my order was delayed due to a payment problem. How do I update my payment method so my order can be processed and shipped quickly?
Please call the main number at 717.220.4470, and speak with any team member to update your payment. You can also update your payment details on the new website!

When will I be charged for my order?
Orders are charged when the order is all packed up and ready to ship.

Will I be charged for parts showing as backordered?
We do not charge for backorders until they ship.

Do you charge sales tax?
Hyper Racing collects state sales tax on purchases as dictated by state legislation. For certain states, Hyper Racing is not currently obligated to, and does not, collect state sales tax on your purchase. For those states, your purchase is subject to tax unless it is specifically exempt from taxation. Placing your order on the internet or by any other remote means does not exempt your purchase from tax. Certain states may require us to provide an annual notice to you of your purchases and to notify your state tax department of your annual purchases. Details for reporting your untaxed purchases, filing a tax return and paying any tax may be found on the tax department website for your state of residence.

BACKORDERS:

What happens if item(s) from my order are unable to ship/backordered?
Our aim is to deliver your order complete. However, keep in mind that we buy our items from many suppliers and we cannot always control their deliveries to us.
  • If an item is unavailable for immediate delivery, it will be shown on the order as back ordered and shipped to you as soon as possible.
  • If you have specific requests regarding back orders or what we should do if your order is unable to ship complete, let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you.
  • Remember, we do not charge for backorders until they ship.
  • Shipping charges are added to backorders as they ship. We do our best to choose the most reasonably priced shipping while still honoring your choice in shipping.

Where are you located?
Hyper Racing currently has two locations and a network of supporting dealers.

Hyper Racing HQ
Our headquarters is located in the heart of dirt track country in Lewisberry, Pennsylvania.

Check out our order desk hours here. Note our holiday closures before you set out. We uphold Pennsylvania state guidelines for emergencies such as COVID-19, so if in doubt, please email sales@hyperracing.com or call 717.220.4470 to verify hours before you leave.

Texas Location
We have a second location in Gainsville, Texas. Please make arrangements to visit our Texas location by contacting Johnny Boland.

Is there an authorized Hyper Racing dealer near me?

I want to ship my injector nozzles, wiring harness, shocks, etc. to the Pennsylvania location. What is the mailing address?

Be sure to include a note with the type of service requested, your name, address, phone number, email address, and time frame. We highly encourage using UPS or FedEx because they have the best tracking and highest rate of on-time deliveries.

What if I need to pick up an order or drop something off at the Pennsylvania HQ?
Be sure to check our Pennsylvania HQ hours of operation first. Our Pennsylvania HQ has an order desk and curbside pickup lockers.

I can’t visit during your hours. Do you offer curbside pick up?
We have awesome, secure pickup lockers. We have updated our pickup procedures to properly secure your items for after hours pick up! Select the curbside option at checkout and we’ll do the work from there!

What are your shipping policies?

SERVICE:

Do you offer shock service?
Our factory-certified shock rebuild center rebuilds, tunes, and dyno tests many brands of racing shocks. Request service or find out how you can gain that extra tenth with a shock package by contacting sales@hyperracing.com or by calling us at 717.220.4470.

Do you dyno/service non-Hyper branded injection systems and chassis?
Absolutely! We do our best work on every engine, chassis and system, regardless of make and model. Please call first to be sure we can accommodate your needs and to make an appointment. Contact Nash Ely to schedule your work or call the Fuel Injection Department at 833-EVO-FUEL.

Do your parts and components fit on other brands of chassis?
Be sure to read the item description to see if we have fitment information. If in doubt, please speak with a member of the customer service team to help determine fitment/compatibility.
