Ever wonder how we get our shipping rates when you call or place an online order? We worked with the pros that design shipping calculators for the major retailers. Our robust shipping calculator virtually packs your items in a box and determines weight so you can get the most accurate shipping rates possible. Hyper Racing negotiates the most competitive rates possible with UPS, FedEx and USPS (United States Postal Service). Upon checkout, you’ll browse your options, and choose the best possible carrier and service for your timeframe and budget. The final decision of which shipping method is always up to you!
Shipping Speeds & Delivery Estimates
Choose UPS if your delivery date is important. UPS on time delivery is up at 99.8% according to our metrics. FedEx runs a close second behind UPS for on-time deliveries. We have several pickups throughout the day for both of these carriers.
Time in transit is not guaranteed by the carriers except in the case of a select group of air and express shipments. In the case of a missed delivery estimate for a qualified shipment, the carrier may refund the shipping costs, and we in turn would be able to refund you. If in doubt, consult carrier websites and search for their Service Guarantee. If you feel you are entitled to a refund, please reach out to us at 717.220.4470 or email the customer service team.
Do not select Postal services such as First Class or Priority Mail if your delivery date is important. If you do, based on our statistics, there is a 35% chance you will not receive it in the specified time. Also, please add one day to all of the Postal delivery estimates as they pick up in the morning before we have time to ship most postal orders. Many times tracking information for Postal is slow to update, and this can lead to frustration if a customer is waiting for an important part.
If you change the shipping address, the shipping cost will be recalculated and reset to the cheapest method.
We do our best to insure that your shipping cost will not be more than the listed amount unless we contact you first. Our shipping algorithm does not nest parts, so sometimes, though rarely, the shipping cost may be less.
Shipping Confirmation
Always watch for our final email with shipping information, including tracking number and final invoice. You’ll know exactly what is in the box, and if there was a back order you’ll see that too. You’ll see the tracking information, and tracking number.

International Shipping
All prices are shown and charged in US Dollars. Shipping amounts are shown and charged in US Dollars.
We do not include customs charges on international shipments. You, the customer, are responsible for all duties and taxes (including VAT) imposed by your country of residence.
Hyper Racing is not responsible for any packages held by international customs agencies and it is not the responsibility of Hyper Racing to make the customer aware of these agencies and their concerns. We will work with the agency to solve any package contents concerns.Those items for shipment to countries outside of the U.S. may be subject to taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country (“import fees”). The recipient of the shipment is the importer of record in the destination country and is responsible for (1) ensuring the imported goods comply with local laws and regulations, (2) filing a completed duty entry and associated documents and (3) paying the assessed import duties and other taxes on those goods.
