Shipping Calculations
Ever wonder how we get our shipping rates when you call or place an online order? We worked with the pros that design shipping calculators for the major retailers. Our robust shipping calculator virtually packs your items in a box and determines weight so you can get the most accurate shipping rates possible. Hyper Racing negotiates the most competitive rates possible with the three top carriers: UPS, FedEx and USPS/Postal (United States Postal Service or Postal).
Upon checkout, you’ll browse your options, and choose the best possible carrier and service for your time frame and budget. The final decision of which shipping method is always up to you!
Shipping Speeds & Delivery Estimates
FedEx and UPS pick up throughout the day. USPS/Postal pick up is in the morning, so orders coming in after our Postal pick up won't leave our docks until the next day. USPS/Postal will deliver on Saturdays without any special notation. FedEx Home Delivery and FedEx Express now deliver to 98% of the country on Saturdays and 50% of the population on Sundays at no extra charge. UPS also offers Saturday Ground deliveries to a limited area. Please contact UPS to find out if your address is qualified for Saturday Ground Delivery. UPS Air service is available for Saturday delivery to some addresses at an extra charge.
Time in transit is not guaranteed by the carriers except in the case of a select group of air and express shipments. In the case of a missed delivery estimate for a qualified shipment, the carrier may refund the shipping costs, and we in turn would be able to refund you. If in doubt, consult carrier websites and search for their Service Guarantee. If you feel you are entitled to a refund, please reach out to us at 717.220.4470 or email the customer service team.
If you change the shipping address during your ordering process, the shipping cost will be recalculated and reset to the cheapest method.
We do our best to insure that your shipping cost will not be more than the listed amount unless we contact you first. Our shipping algorithm does not nest parts, so sometimes, though rarely, the shipping cost may be less.
Shipping Confirmation
Always watch for our final email with shipping information, including tracking number and final invoice. You’ll know exactly what is in the box, and if there was a back order you’ll see that too. You’ll see the tracking information, and tracking number.
If you don’t see a final invoice when you think you should, we encourage you to reach out to us at 717.220.4470 or email the customer service team right away.
Tracking
All 3 carriers provide the ability to track packages on their websites. FedEx and UPS provide very accurate and timely tracking information. USPS/Postal Tracking is sometimes slower to update, and this can lead to frustration if a customer is waiting for an important part. USPS/Postal now offers a service called Informed Delivery, allowing you to digitally preview your incoming mail. We recommend signing up for Informed Delivery if you do a lot of USPS/Postal shipments. Keep in mind that the carrier, not Hyper Racing, controls the accuracy of the tracking information.

All prices are shown and charged in US Dollars. Shipping amounts are shown and charged in US Dollars.
We do not include customs charges on international shipments. You, the customer, are responsible for all duties and taxes (including VAT) imposed by your country of residence.
Hyper Racing is not responsible for any packages held by international customs agencies and it is not the responsibility of Hyper Racing to make the customer aware of these agencies and their concerns. We will work with the agency to solve any package contents concerns.Those items for shipment to countries outside of the U.S. may be subject to taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country (“import fees”). The recipient of the shipment is the importer of record in the destination country and is responsible for (1) ensuring the imported goods comply with local laws and regulations, (2) filing a completed duty entry and associated documents and (3) paying the assessed import duties and other taxes on those goods.
