Ever wonder how we get our shipping rates when you call or place an online order? We worked with the pros that design shipping calculators for the major retailers. Our robust shipping calculator virtually packs your items in a box and determines weight so you can get the most accurate shipping rates possible. Hyper Racing negotiates the most competitive rates possible with the three top carriers: UPS, FedEx and USPS/Postal (United States Postal Service or Postal).
Upon checkout, you’ll browse your options, and choose the best possible carrier and service for your time frame and budget. The final decision of which shipping method is always up to you!
Shipping Speeds & Delivery Estimates
Carrier Pickups
FedEx and UPS pick up throughout the day. USPS pickups occur each morning, so orders placed after our daily USPS pickup will ship the following business day.
Weekend Delivery
Transit Times
Estimated delivery dates are provided by the shipping carriers and are not guaranteed except for certain qualifying Express and Air services. If a guaranteed shipment misses its delivery commitment, the carrier may issue a refund of the shipping charges. If you believe your shipment may qualify under the carrier’s service guarantee, please contact our Customer Service team at 717.220.4470 or by email.
Shipping Charges
We work hard to ensure your shipping cost is as accurate as possible and will always contact you before processing your order if additional shipping charges are required. In some cases, our shipping system cannot automatically combine or "nest" parts within a shipment, which means your actual shipping cost may occasionally be less than the amount shown at checkout. When applicable, we will adjust your shipping charges accordingly.

Your tracking number is emailed when your package is on the dock, ready for the carrier to pick up.
Tracking
All 3 carriers provide the ability to track packages on their websites. The carrier, not Hyper Racing, controls the accuracy of the tracking information.
FedEx and UPS provide very accurate and timely tracking information. USPS/Postal Tracking is sometimes slower to update, and this can lead to frustration if a customer is waiting for an important part. USPS/Postal now offers a service called Informed Delivery, allowing you to digitally preview your incoming mail. We recommend signing up for Informed Delivery if you do a lot of USPS/Postal shipments.

International Shipping
All prices are shown and charged in US Dollars. Shipping amounts are shown and charged in US Dollars.
We do not include customs charges on international shipments. You, the customer, are responsible for all duties and taxes (including VAT) imposed by your country of residence.
Hyper Racing is not responsible for any packages held by international customs agencies and it is not the responsibility of Hyper Racing to make the customer aware of these agencies and their concerns. We will work with the agency to solve any package contents concerns.Those items for shipment to countries outside of the U.S. may be subject to taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country (“import fees”). The recipient of the shipment is the importer of record in the destination country and is responsible for (1) ensuring the imported goods comply with local laws and regulations, (2) filing a completed duty entry and associated documents and (3) paying the assessed import duties and other taxes on those goods.
