K2W Axle Mounted Steering Box 7/16"

Designed to accept 16-194 or 16-193 steering arms. Rack has aluminum clevises for a 7/16" rod end and are 15 degrees from the face. 5/8"-36 spline output shaft. Use with one of our splined steering columns and 16-600/16-032 universal.

Tighten the 3/8" mounting bolts to 20-22 foot-pounds and use thread locker.

• One turn of steering wheel = 4.8" of travel of rack.
• Total stroke of the rack is 4-1/8"
• Center to center of steering rod mounts is 11"
• Mounting holes to mount rack to axle (or clamp) is 1-3/4", 3/8" diameter
• Distance from rack centerline to pinion centerline is 1"
• Distance from rack centerline to mounting holes is 3/4"
