9-1/4" x 1/4" Titanium Brake Rotor

Made from 6AL4V titanium. This product is lighter than 06-142 which is made out of steel. This Ti rotor is thicker than the steel one to add longevity, measuring 6mm thick (.240", almost 1/4").

Offers better braking when used in combination with our brake pads for titanium rotors.

Fits 1-3/4” or 2" Splined Rear Axle on our 05-102 or 06-300 splined 6-bolt sprocket carrier.

Brake fade can be a major problem. Brake fade happens when the brake fluid gets so hot it boils and creates air in the brake lines. Air compresses and leads to a spongey pedal or no brake pedal at all.

Brake fade has been an issue with some using the inboard brake floater. This brake rotor is part of our solution in addition to using the 2-Pisotn Brake Caliper & Brake Floater, Smith Ti Brake Pads, removing the lower left rear wingless body panel and running the XR Brake Fluid. Also make sure you are using a Brake Return Spring.
