7/8" Torsion Stop Assembly (1-1/2" split) with Ti Jacker Bolt

This is the most popular configuration of our torsion stop. It includes our custom make 6AL4V titanium jacker bolt and titanium nut. Fits almost every micro sprint made. 

This unique design features the strength of the splines of a 3/4" wide torsion stop, but with the lightweight qualities of the 5/8" torsion stop. The splined section has a raised boss to provide extra thickness for the splines. Brilliant.  

Fits 600cc Hyper Chassis. Includes hardware. The distance between the two torsion bars, from center to center, is called "split". The split on this torsion stop is 1-1/2". 

• Use our 981-05-18-1.50, 5/16"-18 x 1-1/2" HHCS Titanium bolt to lighten up the pinch bolt.
• The Titanium Jacker bolt is designed with a machined tip to prevent mushrooming. 
• All Titanium Hardware is 6AL4V Alloy.
