Quick Steering Arm, Deluxe Spindle, Axle Mount Box
Details
Distance is 2-3/8" from the steering rod mounting hole to the center of the king pin.
This Quick Steering Arm has the steering arm hole closer to the king pin center by 5/8" to quicken the ratio between the steering wheel and the front tires when compared to the 16-194 Steering Arm. The driver will be able to get more steering angle with less movement of the steering wheel. This will also make the steering wheel harder to turn.
This can be used with the 16-500 Steering Rack Box. This should not be used with the 16-540 H-Mark Steering Box as the 16-540 Box is a quicker ratio box to begin with.
Features two 7/16"-20 threaded holes for the steering rod. The threaded holes will help eliminate any play in the bolt hole which can cause toe misalignment during contact.
Fits both right and left sides. Use only with the axle mounted steering box. the extra hole is closer to the king pin than 16-194. Distance is 2-3/8" from the steering rod mounting outer hole to the center of the king pin.
Bolt hole spacing for mounting to the spindle is 2-1/8". Uses 3/8"-24 x 1-1/2" HHCS bolts or 3/8"-24 x 2" long flat head cap screws (FHCS) when using the 366-047 Front Brake Caliper.
