Fits the Hyper EVO Fuel Injection. Also fits other large oval boxes. Includes foam wrap and velcro® strip especially selected for this application ensures that the foam can be adjusted if it stretches after cleaning with 77-507 K&N Air Filter Cleaner.
Our Foam Prefilter is the best way to keep dirt out of the engine. We performed many back to back dyno tests with different foam types and chose this one because it show no loss of horsepower. On track testing ensured that the foam captures almost all of the dirt before it can reach the cotton element of the air filter and saves time because it allows 3 or more races in between cleaning the air filter.
We sell three versions of our foam prefilters. 600-5153 fits the flat filter air box, 600-5155 fits the small oval air box and 600-5155-2 fits the Hyper EVO and large oval air box.
To use, spray the foam prefilter with 77-260 Klotz Foam Air Filter Oil and install it in the airbox.
