HBS Double Chain Wheel Tensioner Assembly
Details
Mostly use on Z-Link style rear chassis. Generally, not needed on Hyper's wishbone style rear chassis. Fits many other chassis brands. Use the inner holes of the straps on a 270cc chassis and the outer holes (as shown) on a 600cc chassis.
Optional custom titanium shoulder bolts, springs, spring tabs, and a nerf bar hanger are sold separately.
Standard length arm is 8" center to center for 600's and 20" for Lighting Sprints. The 11" arm works well on Z-link 600's where a rear nylon block is not used.
Our optional titanium shoulder bolts are custom made to fit our chain tensioners exactly right. With them the nuts on the shoulder bolt can be tightened and have the proper clearances. Made from high quality 6AL4V titanium.
