’06 & Up Suzuki GSXR 600 Engine Case Saver Complete Assembly

This is one of the most requested products from our customers running the GSXR platform. It uses the factory clutch actuating parts that are included in the stock cover. You can use those, or we can supply the parts and fully assemble it for you. This part number is for the complete assembly which includes all the factory actuating parts, shell, and guard, fully assembled.

Case Savers (also called chain guards) are designed for use on a Micro Sprint to help protect the cases of the engine from the chain in case the chain is too loose or breaks. We cannot guarantee that use of our case savers will protect the cases in all instances, but they provide increased protection while offering other benefits!

Why run a Case Saver/Chain Guard on your Micro Sprint?

• Lighter in weight than the stock guard
• Offers greater protection to the cases when used properly
• Allows change of front sprockets without removing the guard
• Some styles include stainless steel bolts. See photo for included hardware.

It is normal for the chain side of the case saver to show signs of wear and even grooves to some extent from the chain hitting it. It is not going to keep that "like new" look on the side facing the chain.
