Engine Ice - Ice Water
Details
Engine Ice - Ice Water is a coolant concentrate that provides a reduction in surface tension on aluminum surfaces and moves heat away from the engine faster than water. When mixed with deionized or distilled water, it protects engine parts, including iron, brass, aluminum, steel and rubber. Ice Water is easy to use. Mix the contents of this 12oz pouch with 3-5 gallons of distilled water to create a finished product that offers maximum cooling performance.
- Nothing Cools Better - Superior Heat Transfer Runs Cooler Longer
- Maximize Horsepower
- Protects from Corrosion 10x Better Than Using Water Alone
- Non-Toxic
- Not an Antifreeze - Coolant Only
- Glycol Free for Most Racing Applications
- Meets ASTM D3306 Limits
- Can Be Used with Tap Water, Deionized, or Distilled Water (Preferred) Without Degradation of Performance
Directions for Use - Mix 1 ounce of ice water with 1 quart of deionized or distilled water. For larger quantities of finished product, mix one 12oz pouch with 3-5 gallons of deionized or distilled water.
Glycol-based coolants, commonly used in most all coolants for freeze protection, creates a hazardous, slippery surface if leaked onto the track during a race. This is why many race organizations don't allow you to use coolant in a race car. Pure Performance Racing Coolant is Glycol free and allowed by most racetracks that ban coolant (if they understand that Glycol (antifreeze) is the issue, not the coolant itself).
