The little high banked track called Millbridge Speedway in Salisbury, North Carolina never fails to disappoint in the excitement department!

After starting 8th in the big Carolina Micro Showdown A-Main, 16 year old Hyper/EVO driver standout Steven Snyder Jr grabbed the lead on lap 30 after driving by Cannon Macintosh uncontested.

Early leader Chase Cabre looked like the car to beat in his Hyper Racing/EVO Fuel Injected 600cc. Chase had to retire from the event on lap 13 after his sprocket carrier bolts sheared off.

Hyper driver Trevor Kline then took the lead until getting tangled with a lapped car on lap 27. The racing was intense with sliders and rubbing going on all through the field.

Snyder has been close to winning several big money races this year. He won one of the prelim nights at the KKM Give Back Classic at Port City Raceway in Tulsa, OK and at the C.Bell’s Micro Mania race at 'Lil Texas Motor Speedway.

Steven will now focus his efforts on preparing to run two cars and 4 classes at the Tulsa Shootout. He will also be competing at the Chili Bowl in a Midget. Good luck, Steven!
