As the summer season winds down, it does not mean that the big races for 600cc Micro Sprint drivers are any closer to being finished! Rising Sun, Maryland’s Steven Snyder Jr continued his incredible 2024 season by winning yet another KKM Challenge Series event, this time at the Cole’s County Speedway.

Action kicked off on Thursday night in time trials where it was Steven Snyder Jr setting the pace early, before falling late to place second quick. Snyder Jr went on to win his heat race, and finish second in his qualifier earning high points designation, and the pole of the feature event.

Snyder Jr led all 25 laps of the feature event and picked up the $1,000 preliminary night feature win. Hyper Chassis drivers Darren Brown, Gunnar Pio, Chase Spicola, Cole Tinsley, Blayne Buntin, Jordan Clary, and Daniel Robinson joined Snyder as feature event starters on Thursday.

Friday night's prelim featured another driver having an incredible season, Kole Kirkman, who also earned high points honors and started the 25 lap feature event on the pole. Other feature event starters Friday night were: Neal Allison, Greyson Springer, Johnny Boland, Jake Cheatham, Brian Carber, Colton Robinson, and Hayden Wise.

On Saturday night through all qualifying and preliminary action, Steven Snyder Jr came out on top of the dash event and earned the pole position of the 35 lap feature event. Snyder Jr cashed in on the opportunity once again and dominated the finale, adding to his KKM Challenge Series points lead over fellow Hyper Racing driver Brian Carber.
