Update | Since December of 2021, Hyper Racing has been operating our machined components division on the newly renovated property right next door to the original building. The machines are running full throttle, and cranking out the parts. This is the original press release.
Hyper Racing welcomes Linderman Race Components of Reading, PA to the family! An increase in demand for X7 Hyper Chassis combined with robust online ordering has prompted the expansion. Plans are already in the works to move the machining division of Hyper Racing to a recently purchased property adjacent to the current property in Lewisberry, PA. Renovations are planned for June of 2021. A reorganization of both buildings and relocation of the machine shop will follow.
Linderman Race Components began as a small garage-based machine shop owned by Gary's father, Dale Linderman, 13 years ago and quickly grew to be the biggest supplier of machined components for Hyper Racing. Linderman Race Components currently operates in Reading, PA.
"This partnership fulfills a need to have machined components within our control and to expand capabilities to meet the needs of our customers. Gary Linderman is the perfect leader for this venture. His experience and knowledge will be an asset to Hyper Racing," says Hyper Racing President Mike Dicely. Gary is a graduate of Penn State University with a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering. He has been a trusted friend and colleague of Mike Dicely for over 30 years. Both were front runners at Linda's Speedway and area tracks during their successful racing careers.
Gary's son, Mike Linderman, completes the three-generation team at Linderman Race Components. Mike grew up in the machine shop and worked side-by-side with his dad and grandfather. Mike possesses a strong knowledge of Solidworks CAD software, and he is familiar with all phases of the operation. Mike Linderman currently races his Hyper 600 at local PA tracks and select national events. All three Lindermans will continue to work as an integral part of Hyper Racing.
