Ultra-Shield TC1 Seat with PSS Halo

The Ultra-Shield TC1 Seat with PSS Halo includes the premium PSS Halo construction, rather than the standard halo. The PSS Halo is a much stronger and larger halo design. Standard halo padding is included in this item, but you can upgrade the halo even further with the premium Platinum Series Padding. Other options are listed below. Ultra Shield TC models are designed for cars and chassis with tight clearances in the seat area. Ultra Shield Seats are proudly made in Flint, TX USA!

This seat will be either custom made to your measurements, or more than likely, you will fit one of the standard size seats. Ultra Shield has many standard size seats in normal, short, and tall heights along with 14", 14.5", 15", 15.5", 16", 16.5", and 17" widths.

If you require a custom-made seat and you do not fit one of the standard size seats, we can have one made for an additional charge. (See part number 18-034.)

• C-Channel stiffener uprights from torso stiffener to shoulders
• Small 45º inserts inside the seat for added strength.
• Designed specifically for cars and chassis with tight clearances in the seat area.
• Constructed from .100" Grade 5052 Aluminum

• Full Covers in 3 colors: Black, Red, and Blue. Specify color on the order sheet.

Options Available for an Additional Charge:

• custom-made seat for an additional charge. (See part number 18-034.)
• Powder Coat your seat for an additional charge. (See part number 18-031.) Specify Semi-Gloss Black, Flat Black, Red, Blue, White, Yellow, Neon Green, Orange, Pink, Purple. Powder coating helps prevent the oxidation of the aluminum and makes the seat easier to clean off after each race.
• Add holes to make the seat lighter weight for an additional charge. (See part number 18-033.)
• Upgrade the Halo to the Pro Series Sprint Halo with the Platinum series padding for an additional charge. (See part number 18-032.) Platinum Series Padding is softer on the outside and progressively gets stiffer on the inside.
