Disclaimer of Warranty
There is no warranty, either expressed or implied with respect to any products and services provided by Hyper Racing Inc. All products and services and their respective parts are sold as-is and with all flaws.
The user shall assume all responsibility and risks associated with purchase or use of any products or services supplied by Hyper Racing Inc. and shall also determine the suitability and safety of the product for its intended use. Should any product or service prove defective, the buyer assumes the entire cost of repair.
Hyper Racing Inc. will not be liable for any loss, damage, injury or death resulting from the use of any of our products or services or from any statements written or verbal by our officers, management, employees or other persons. Nor will Hyper Racing Inc. be liable for any activities, representations or warranties made by any dealer, distributor, manufacturer, or other persons. No officer, management, employee, or salesperson of Hyper Racing Inc. or other person has any authority to make any statements contrary to this agreement.
Manufacturer’s Warranties
Please contact the manufacturer directly to arrange warranty work. Hyper Racing will not act as a third party for warranty issues.
International/Out of Country Orders (Outside of the U.S.)
All prices are shown and charged in US Dollars. Shipping amounts are shown and charged in US Dollars.
We do not include customs charges on international shipments. You, the customer, are responsible for all duties and taxes (including VAT) imposed by your country of residence.
Hyper Racing is not responsible for any packages held by international customs agencies and it is not the responsibility of Hyper Racing to make the customer aware of these agencies and their concerns. We will work with the agency to solve any package contents concerns. Those items for shipment to countries outside of the U.S. may be subject to taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country (“import fees”). The recipient of the shipment is the importer of record in the destination country and is responsible for (1) ensuring the imported goods comply with local laws and regulations, (2) filing a completed duty entry and associated documents and (3) paying the assessed import duties and other taxes on those goods.
Order Confirmation/Invoice
Provide us with your email address and we will send you an email containing:
• sales order
• invoice with shipping total
• tracking number from carrier
Check your email and verify items/quantities, shipping speed/address, and payment type. Call us immediately if there is any discrepancy.
Returns/Exchanges
Most new, unused, unopened items sold by Hyper Racing returned within 30 days will receive a full refund or exchange. The following items are not eligible for return or exchange: special order or custom built parts, or items that have been used, modified, altered, or allowed to deteriorate to a condition where they cannot be resold as new.
Beyond the 30 day period, items may still be eligible for return/exchange, but we reserve the right to charge a 20% minimum restocking fee.
Proof of purchase must be included with all returns. We do our best to make sure you have proof of purchase. Check your emails for invoices, log into your online account, or call during business hours if you need help finding proof of purchase.
Shipping charges are not refundable.
For eligible returns, refund will be given in the original form of payment. Refunds to a credit card typically take up to 5-10 days after we’ve approved the refund. For information about refunds to a credit card, contact your card issuer.
Claims and Shortages
All of our merchandise is packaged with care. Always check the contents against the packing slip. Any damage or shortage should be reported to us immediately. Save all packing materials and paperwork until your claim has been resolved.
