RETURNS/EXCHANGES


Whether you changed your mind or something just didn’t work out, we will accept eligible items for a full refund or exchange within our return period.

Have an eligible return? Call or email the Customer Service Team to arrange a return authorization (RA) number. Print out your RA and include it in the package, or enclose a note with your information and the RA number. The RA helps us process the return faster, and helps you get your refund or exchange item quicker.

Most new, unused, unopened items sold by Hyper Racing returned within 30 days will receive a full refund or exchange. The following items are not eligible for return or exchange: special order or custom built parts, or items that have been used, modified, altered, or allowed to deteriorate to a condition where they cannot be resold as new.

Beyond the 30 day period, items may still be eligible for return/exchange, but we reserve the right to charge a 20% minimum restocking fee.

Proof of purchase must be included with all returns. We do our best to make sure you have proof of purchase. Check your emails for invoices, log into your online account, or call during business hours if you need help finding proof of purchase.

Shipping charges are not refundable.

For eligible returns, refund will be given in the original form of payment. Refunds to a credit card typically take up to 5-10 days after we’ve approved the refund. For information about refunds to a credit card, contact your card issuer.

Claims and Shortages

All of our merchandise is packaged with care. Always check the contents against the packing slip. Any damage or shortage should be reported to us immediately. Save all packing materials and paperwork until your claim has been resolved.
