EVO Fuel Injection Powers Christian Bruno to High Dollar Victories

Since joining the super team of Groff Motorsports and Snyder Racing Enterprises with Chris Snyder on the wrenches, perhaps no other driver has had the amount of success in local action than Christian Bruno. A 600 Speedweek Champion in 2021, and Action Track USA Wingless Champion for the team in 2022, Bruno has been red hot in 2023 securing some of the area's biggest events.

While competing on a weekly basis at Action Track USA, you can find the team on most Saturdays at the Clyde Martin Memorial Speedway, competing in both wing and non wing 600 action.

While scoring wins throughout the bulk of the season into the summer months, undoubtedly the teams biggest victory came in the 600 Speedweek finale, where Bruno out dueled fellow Hyper Chassis driver Damon Paul for the $10,000 feature event win.

The team continued their momentum at Action Track USA where they picked up their second straight championship in convincing fashion. Fellow Hyper/EVO drivers Connor Gross, Steven Snyder Jr, and Colin White gave it their best shot to take the top spot from Bruno, but came up short finishing inside the top four in points. Veteran driver and Hyper Racing driver, Tim Buckwalter completed the top five in points.

Fast forward to the fall season, and the Groff/SRE Team with Bruno at the helm picked up the area's oldest crown jewel event at the Linda’s Speedway, the Linda’s National Open. Charging from the sixth starting spot late in the feature event, Bruno took the race lead late in the race from fellow Hyper driver Connor Gross and secured his first win in the historic event.

What's next for the potent pairing of Bruno and Groff/SRE? The team plans a first ever trip for the new grouping to the Tulsa Expo Raceway, and the 2024 edition of the Tulsa Shootout, with a full assault of all four major 600 classes in both wing and non-wing.
