Raychem Chassis Harness Kit, 4 Switch, Complete

Our Raychem/Deutsch/TXL Wire Chassis Harness provides extra safety, reliability, and eliminates many common problems like incorrect wire gauges that cause low battery voltage issues while under load and connection problem from inferior connectors.

***Important: Purchase the 408-4192 ECU Pigtail separately since this is different for each ECU make.***

Works with any manufacturer's chassis. Features upgraded Deutsch style connector, Raychem DR-25 covering, and TXL wire. The Raychem Chassis Harness outperforms all others in every metric.

It is dressed in Raychem shrink tubing which is hands down the best harness covering for motorsports applications. Raychem offers:

The Deutsch style DT Connectors offer field proven reliability and rugged quality. They were designed for and used in aviation and military applications. These high-quality watertight sealed connectors are known for their ease of use. No more struggling at the track to try to get your connectors apart.

TXL (thin-wall cross-linked) Automotive Wire is a type of wire that is extremely durable, lightweight, impressively flexible, and resistant to high temperatures.

The relay box is for ECU controlled fuel pump and fan activation. Using the ECU to control the fuel pump is much safer than a manual switch since the fuel pump will shut off automatically when the engine stops to prevent fuel from pumping out any broken lines or fittings as soon as possible. It also allows data extraction from the ECU without the fuel pump running the entire time.

The fan relay will automatically turn the fan on and off preventing the engine from overheating or running too cool.

This kit is designed to use our EVO Fuel Injection Engine Harness. If you want to use a different engine harness, you will need the engine harness Deutsch DT Connector.
